PASTOR MARK MEIZNER

Mark Meizner was born and raised in Colorado and moved to Southern California in 1960. Like many in the late 1960’s, he began a search for the meaning of life through all the alleys the world and society offered. But in 1970 Mark was drawn to a little country church in the bean fields of north Costa Mesa known as Calvary Chapel, and gave his life to the Lord on March 28, 1970.

Shortly thereafter, Mark went to work for Southern California Edison and enjoyed an almost 42-year career. During that time he obtained a BS in Business Administration, married his beautiful wife in 1997, and attended Calvary Chapel Bible College at night. After Mark’s retirement he began serving at various Calvary Chapels and dedicated a large portion of each year promoting the Harvest Crusade.

In 2015 Mark enrolled in Calvary Chapel’s School of Ministry and was blessed to complete its last year of existence before it was absorbed by the Calvary Chapel Bible College. Then the Lord lead him to Calvary Chapel San Juan Capistrano (now Calvary South OC) where he currently photograph church events and oversee and serves with his wife in the Cares Ministry.
